In-Store Return Policy
We are happy to issue you a STORE CREDIT within 14 days if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Products must be unworn & unwashed, with hang tags attached and accompanied by the original receipt. After 14 days : We are no longer able to do returns or exchanges. ALL SALE & DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
Online Return Policy
Please note that our online inventory is pulled from our brick & mortar store and subject to availability. We do our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out-of-stock we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you are unhappy with you purchase, please mail the items back with receipt no later than 7 days after receiving the order. All orders should be returned to 160 W. Main Street Suite D, New Albany Ohio 43054. Please also send an email with tracking info and proof of return to [email protected].
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition that you received it with all tags attached. Please be conscious of makeup and deodorant when trying on items. Truluck reserves the right to deny any return.
FINAL SALE ITEMS ---- Items that are unable to be returned are undergarments and sale items.
If an exchange of size is needed, you must also email [email protected] to receive authorization and return instructions. We will ship the exchange upon receiving your return if stock is still available, otherwise, you'll be issued a refund.
REPLACEMENTS ---- We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged subject to availability. If items cannot be replaced, we offer a refund. Please notify us of any defects within 7 days of receiving your order
RETURN SHIPPING ---- You are responsible for the return of your own items. Refunds or store credit will be issued once the item has been received. To make sure we are aware of your incoming return, please email your tracking number and proof of shipment to [email protected]. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are not responsible for lost items during shipment if no tracking information has been emailed to us.
